Gareth is a chef of 18+ years experience. After working in some of the world’s best restaurants, he started baking tarts at home during Melbourne’s COVID-19 lockdown. Quickly, his neighbours (and shortly the whole of Melbourne) were lining up to taste his goods. This soon evolved to opening of two ‘Tarts Anon’ locations, a role as a guest judge on Masterchef Australia in 2022, and most recently, he competed alongside some of the best pastry chefs in Australia in the internationally televised ‘Dessert Masters’.
